Come in and buy local and Missouri region homemade items at the Concordia Fall Festival Country Store, located at Jeremy’s Heating & Cooling, 522 S Main (north of the Main Street Stage).  Shop for fresh baked goods, canned goods, candies, home grown items, fiber arts, crafts, art, jewelry, and more!

SHOPPING HOURS*

Wednesday: Noon - 8pm (parade at 6:30pm)

Thursday: 9am - 8pm (no parade)

Friday: 9am - 8pm (parade at 7:30pm)

Saturday: 9am - 6:30pm (parade at 6:30pm)

• Please note: No sales prior to Noon on Wednesday during morning “vendor check-in.”  We will close during parades each night and will be open after parades for purchases (time permitting) and “held purchase” pickup.  No sales on Saturday beyond 6:30pm (after parade will be open for purchase pickups and vendor “check-out” only).

CONSIGNORS/SELLERS*

Each consignor must call for vendor number and number must be on each item. Merchandise preferred check-in is Wednesday during the fair at 9am - Noon.  Selling begins at Noon.  If you have special needs for check-in, please call contact below.  Fresh baked goods will be accepted each day, all day and must be covered or in sealed bag.   General merchandise will be accepted anytime Wednesday - Thursday only.  All consignments must be accompanied with a self-addressed, stamped envelope, an inventory list, pre-priced, and food items must comply and be labeled:

• Common name of the food and list if it contains allergens like nuts

• Name of all ingredients in the food in order of weight in descending order and note whether your kitchen is certified or non-certified.  FOODS must be made in your OWN kitchen.

Merchandise check-out is after the parade Saturday evening.  All merchandise must be removed or arrangements made for pickup. Checks will be mailed within 4 weeks. If stamped envelope is not provided, postage will be deducted from the consignor’s sales.  The Country Store retains 20% of consignor’s sales.  Proceeds from the Country Store are used to support various Concordia community projects.
